In fact the 2010 season has brought a significant surge from Canada.

We really appreciate the support from our customers in Canada, and we work hard to get your orders shipped as efficiently as possible.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We are investigating additional providers to expedite orders and give you better service.  But in the meantime, we usually ship by USPS - US Postal Service.  This minimizes your duty charges, although it is not trackable like UPS, FEDEX etc., and can take up to a couple of weeks to the East Coast.

URGENT & EXPRESS ORDERS

If you have an urgent need, we are happy to ship via UPS (we simply pass on the charge we receive), and many customers are happy to accept the additional UPS brokerage charge to get a faster and trackable delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

People find us very easy to deal with!  Fortunately our return rate is very low - our descriptions and sizing charts are well proven.  However if you find you need to exchange an item or return it, we are happy to accommodate this.  Call us for an RMA and we will advise the best solution for you.  You pay the return shipping to us, and we pay to send it back to you!  Often it's possible to send the 'bare shell' of an item by letter post.
