Washing Instructions
We're sometimes asked about washing these, and the simple answer to guys is "whoosh them in soapy water in the sink, rinse out and drip - leaving the armor in".  Women generally take more care with their gear, and in this case, remove the armor and wash in the machine on a delicate/cool setting.  There should be no dye running issues.
